Pilot of AFS - Replacement for Cadet-I
No - you do not need to reapply if you applied to CDT-I
On a related note.....
I've just added all the successful applicants who previously applied through the Cadet I form to the AFS forum, and added tags.
You should all Check in Here
If you can't access the link above and think you should be able to (i.e. you applied through the webform) - please PM Me or Xeretov or Idanmel and we will sort it out.

Exactly MrC.
Freebeer put it best in one of his quotes.....
QUOTE @AFS are actual instructors or mentors to the AFS program. (They know its contents, follow the program, promote/recommend when to move the newbie to CDT-II) that sort of thing. @Help is more like orientation or welcoming committee. They're there to answer questions, explain why the comm isn't accepting them, etc. etc. but aren't part of the @AFS program per se.
Think of it as if you're interested in learning to fly an airplane. You show up at the flight school and the receptionist @Helps you get the right forms, points out the various offerings and points you to the washrooms. @AFS is the instructors you meet once you've signed up for lessons.[/quote]
I think MrC is a pretty good receptionist, as Mabel has lovely legs.

In what is it out of date? afaik it wasn't used for comm games, just some easy aim practice, which was quite fun; especially sending 2 drones armies to fight in the most un impressive furball ever (read: no boosters or missiles (I know; a code change))Xeretov wrote:QUOTE (Xeretov @ Nov 25 2009, 08:22 PM) Possible, but not likely. Its pretty out of date.
How many @AFS are there?
Will they be able to cope with the amounts of people in cadet-1? Some times there are coming up to 100 peepz in a session
