well whats that mean is what im asking. all i want to do is play allegeince and this thing wont let me do it for some reason. id be playing right now if it werent for this

It means you need to right click on Allegiance and select run as administrator. It still won't work for me, but try it from the file itself and not the shortcut. Pfft, microsoft ame that doesn't run on microsoft windows... figures

Also try running the updater, that might help.
