I've been away, but now I am back and starting work on development of cores. This is my new side project. Based on DN_4.50 this
core will be a balanced and stable core for all to play and enjoy. I will be keeping Phoenix for the moment untill I implement
another new faction into the core. Phoenix will be a nerfed variaint of the old one following more standard rules of allegiance.

Some core specific information:

Factions
Ga'tarren
Gigacorp
Belters
Bios
Iron league
Rixian
Technoflux
Dregh'klar
Phoenix

Changelist

CODEChangelist

*Phoenix
I am completly redesigning phoenix in an attempt to make them a more standard allegiance faction. To that end scouts will have a
15% increase in size, fighters and Interceptors will have a 10% increase in size of the standard model. This is an attempt at
making the ships easier to hit. Removing some small ship tech like Vulcan Cannon. Im unsure as if i want to keep Laser Cannons in
their current state. Bombers will be nannable but will not have assault shielding.

-Global Attributes
-He3 Speed 1.0[1.1]
-He3 Yield 1.0[1.1]

-Fighters [STD/ENH/ADV]
-Scale 20.845[18.95] 10% Increase in Size

-Scouts [STD/ADV/HVY]
-Scale 24.36 [21.19] 15% Increase in Size

-Interceptors[STD/HVY]
-Scale 17.11[15.56] 10% Increase in Size

More to come:

The core won't be stable... It will freeze the server like the "old one"...

Aw, I'd like to see a re-balanced Phoenix. :( Though without the un-nannable bombers, it just wouldn't be the same... Ah well, that can always wait. :P

Ah, a serious question about this: Weren't there plans to eventually introduce both Omicron Hive and Faction X on CC? And if so, doesn't that mean that there is space at least for two more factions, so both Phoenix and OH could be put in (at least until Faction X is finished)?
