Girly... small changes are fine so long as there is discussion. There was no discussion about Retroboost amongst the public. Even in it's current state, there are people who are able to use it properly and get a benefit out of it.

Sorry if I missed your comments in there! However I think it is important you at least play a little bit and not just going off public opinion because lots of the public are idiots. I saw someone suggest giving a Rix Heavy Scout 2 front mini-ac's and doing away with the turret was a nerf.

When it's a PROPOSED change, you LOOK at it and discuss it. NOTHING was implemented. NOTHING. I see no CC_04, IT ISN'T EVEN OUT. THERE WAS NO COMMUNITY APPROVAL BECAUSE NOTHING HAPPENED YOU $#@!S.

No, the title was changed to "Proposed", it was originally titled simply "CC_04".
