Awww this looks like a mess.
I imagine against this faction HTTs will be quite powerful. I imagine even after ramming the htt (which will be sooo tough with speed and agility nerfs) it will manage to walk into the base. Or you might even push it into the entrance. In contrary bombers will be much less useful, having to put more abs with more kb to kill the base.
It seems that this faction will be a beacon of hate for everyone who likes balance and having fun while flying small ships. No offence Andon, I know you're trying as much as you can to balance this baby.
Faction X
Station Hull is now 1.2 (In comparison, IC's Station hull is 1.15)
Station Shield is at 1.3 (In comparison, IC's Station Shield is 1.15)
While it has yet to be tested, I'm pretty certain that one of the two numbers will be lowered some. Probably the shield, but I'm not entirely set on changing that yet.
As for the HTTs, I am well aware of it. In fact, it's something I like about it. Personally, they can't have EVERYTHING being great.
They have their garrison that upgrades to a Shipyard. They have a single techbase that can be built on any type of techrock. (Well, two bases for advanced tech) They can get light class ships of any kind pretty easily. They have better research time than Dreg, slightly better miner capacity and yield, and the same tech cost as Dreg. They are a bit slower at mining, but their miners are also pretty easily defensible because they are also carriers. Having a nerf with making HTTs easier to get into them isn't as much of an issue, I think, as it would be with any other faction. And it does have the base shield perk.
If the HTTs are still too easy to use, there are still a few options without having to change everything. We could move their base shield hull type to one of the unused ones (One of the old phoenix ones) and lower the effectiveness of the EMP against it, making more EMP missiles required to take down the shields

I don't have time to read the whole thread again (and I lost its line some time ago), but how's about making it really easy to get GAs from different tech paths (ie. half price?) but HARD (ie. 2x cost) to get Adv tech?
I remember a couple of games where I had an Enh Fig with hull 1, PW damage 1, speed 1, missile damage 1, range 1, and I remember not doing that poorly against Hvy Ints (I must've been belters).
Maybe a faction with a complete different focus, where it's not race to Adv Tech but keeping supremacy or game control through multirole... adding to your idea of the multirole fighter and making it a lil more feasible.
The problem would be of course how to make it a difference from enh-adv tech that's worth it but not one you want to always pursue. Sup and Tac is easy (Galvs and SBs)... Exp not so much (1 extra gun, despite fun).

Large Ships will cause crashes. I know you like the idea of having a ship 4 times the size of anything in allegiance right now but the ships are limited in size for a reason. There is very specific and easy to activate bug that can crash the servers fairly easily involving big ships. Nix had this problem with the assault bases for example.
