I decided to relive the days gone by in my new blog.
---
Remember, what I say is IMO always. If I say that something sucks, it actually means "I think it sucks" OK?
One more thing. Don't get cocky. If this game doesn't chew you up and spit you out, the community will. Lastly, many will agree with me that newbies fare better if they stay quiet, learn the game, be humble enough to ask questions and allow themselves to be taught. Those who don't tend to either get ostracised or run away screaming. Sad but true.

LOL. Whenever a newbie joins, a quote from Bendery (from Penny Arcade - another clan) who was a beta tester and a "newbie" in the past couple years comes to mind.
His description for Alleg is basically "Oh sweet jesus f**k my eyes!!!" - which is to be intepreted in more ways than one. I'm glad he shows up every now and then but I don't think his clan could handle it. None of them were around for more than a week.

LOL, we've been attacked, hacked, flamed and more. we are ready for anything
as long as nobody attacks here, the korunnai will stand peaceful
Words of advice from the former training zone lead
1) www.alleg-academy.org -- read it. love it
2) @cadet -- do it....both programs
3) After a couple of weeks or so, you may think that you've learned the game. Unless you are some kind of freak savant, you will be incorrect. Continue to STFU and learn.
4) Forums -- avoid them for everything save asking questions. You may have a wonderful suggestion about how the game can be improved. We've probably heard it before. Keep it to yourself for another few months.
and welcome!
