Can't get Allegiance to open if I have another game open.

Well it opens, but won't switch to it. Goes to a black screen then back to desktop. With Allegiance in the traybar. Soon as I close the other game I can switch to it.
Tested against TF2 and Sins of a Solar Empire.

Vista Ultimate, ATI 1900 XT. (Don't know the exact driver version, and I'm at work atm so can't check.)

Besides that I've had no issues, probably 3-4 hours of 'testing'

It is pretty common, that you have to close other programmes that use the 3D-parts of the video card. Often one has to close videos as well.

I don't want to read through the thread to see if its been posted, and I didn't see it in known issues.

The build sphere's inner layer does not have transparency.
The loadout screen isnt fully showing. The right side of the area showing the ship stats (like signature) is completely missing.

Not true. Me and Deng have played Freelancer while Allegiance was running in the background. It was a game where Shiz & Co. camped our bases and refused to end the game. We came back a few hours later and they had left.

yea, we're working on it. being hosted for free has it's downsides . hehe. i have a guy that is going to that site either today or tomorrow and he'll check it. just keep our fingers crossed it wasn't hit in the big lightning strike last week that literally threw equipment around that room.

The Escapist (Justin Emerson) @ Dec 21 2010, 02:33 PM:
The history of open-source Allegiance is paved with the bodies of dead code branches, forum flame wars, and personal vendettas. But a community remains because people still love the game.
