I just got Allegiance and did the training missions (no problems), then went on the newbie server and about 10-15 minutes into the gameplay all the ingame textures turn yellow while I am in the sector view (I was on the yellow team, I don't know if this has anything to do with it). I rejoined the game and it went away; 15 minutes later happens again, also in sector view mode. Meanwhile all menus are fine, I can go into the hanger, etc. I tried launching in a ship but all the textures were still yellow and he HUD was yellow as well; FPS dropped massively too. There are no error messages or anything, the game continues running but it becomes unplayable. Other than this I can play fine and rejoining the game fixes it. I've heard there are issues with newer nVidia drivers, is this the likely cause or can it be something else and is there a way to fix it?
Thanks.
Edit:
It happens in flight mode too, after I have been playing for a while.

Textures turn yellow ingame?
Check out this thread. Get the alpha build and see if it works better.
Meanwhile, could you please post your gfx drivers version? Also, is any of your hardware overclocked?

Ok, I'll do that.
None of my hardware is overclocked and my graphics driver is 6.14.11.6921.
Edit: Here is a screenshot of what it looks like (I was using the alpha version, it still happened after ~30mins of gameplay).

Looks like an overheating problem to me, make sure your card is properly ventilated.

Yup, looks like overheating to me too (after taking a look at the screenie). Check out the alpha build (link in the thread I mentioned earlier). It puts far less stress on your gfx processor, than the version you get from official installer.
Of course, checking if enough cool air is getting through to the card's radiator is a good idea too /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
