Delivering TP2 with observers

Observers should not be able to carry cargo...definitely an exploit.

How much damage can observers do when ramming? (Evil ideas of miner hunting teams in observers.)

observers have like 20 hull... they will harmlessly explode on a miner or con

As far as the carryign cargo, i didnt know they could, for one, the F4 menu doesnt show what its holding

I say leave it on. In a real life scenario, during a real war time it would be useful.

Rix SFs can already drop TP2, which could be considered broken. Yum.

TF sfs and Giga Luxy Figs can also tp2 (not sure on tf though)
