It's in My Controls up on the top rightish part of your screen along with a whole bunch of other exciting things that I haven't played with yet.

so why is there a big gap for some people between their sig and the bottom of the line?

And why are there 1000 returns after my sig pic? I deleted em all but it still shows that huge gap of nothing.
