Sushi wrote:QUOTE (Sushi @ Nov 1 2007, 01:47 PM) Great work. I'm happy to report that the update went smoothly. I think the only thing I lost was my madpeople UI, which I will be redownloading in just a second.

And for the first time on this computer, I actually experienced an FPS drop. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> Must be the 32-bit stuff on 1680x1050...

jgbaxter wrote:QUOTE (jgbaxter @ Nov 1 2007, 10:13 PM) Thanks for the update, nice treat instead of a trick.... speaking of tricks, I'll do them for the dev team later. /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />
peet wrote:QUOTE (peet @ Nov 2 2007, 11:32 PM) Awesome job guys, respect /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> Today is the Zone Game, so we can stress this new baby to the max.

It looks a bit empty tho, not many servers (as stated above). Sure you will fix this.

Yeah, all it is is just constant bitching over one small rotating logo.

True, that also rocks, but I have not actually played since the release. /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

It has been noticed.... /ninja.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ninja:" border="0" alt="ninja.gif" />

The thing I was trying across is that I am not a fan of change, but I love this release, it is good change, that really does polish the gem.

I'll probably still like it, even if I find out Zapper had some input. (That is a joke)

Nature of the beast, people like to be cranky, and will find *something* to bitch about in any circumstance.

R4 is a great update, really excellent features. I had no problems with it, anyone who had problems IS CHEATING FACE THE FACTS.

I noticed that in multiteam games you now have a little checkbox to see which teams are ready to launch and which aren't- that's really cool, I like that.

The scaling miners have made late night dicking around a bit more fun, a 5v5 is better when there's only 1 miner.l

My favorite change is, of course, chatting while joining. Oh that one is good I love it, I love it so much.

Don't feel like we don't appreciate you KGJV, we do. Shiz just has a thing about the spinny thing.

Played it a bit last night, and so far, I gotta say... R4 > sex.

Oh, and about the spinning logo of doom, I actually agree w/ both sides of the argument as I've seen 'em so far. (I'm a champion fence sitter).

On the one hand, I think the logo itself looks like crap, but on the other hand, I don't spend more than 2 seconds on that screen when I log in, so what $#@!ing difference does it make? It's not like I have to look at it in the lobby, or while playing.

No offense, but I think you might be doing it wrong.

Nah, R4 is just that good. But perhaps for clarification I should have said "R4 > teh seks".
