Tallon posting at all makes mute buttons go pop. Like that bottle of apple juice.

Barrager was one of my ACS instructors, while he lacks the stacking flair of this very nifty, champion tournament winning XT tag, his command skills are above par.

SOOOOO true.

When the team has focus, has a goal they can strive for, that is key. Not just saying...play hard and we win. Giving them lots of little Waypoints along the way as well.

Hey we got Hvy Ints! `yz
Hey we int bombed a tech base! `yz
Hey we got SY up and cruisers out! `yz

Those little moments that keep the team morale going strong....that is what makes games great. Having a team firing on all 4 cylinders and keeping it like that. /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

They were phreaks of nature. I used to do what they did, until I finally stopped getting crappy teams 95% of the time. /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

What about them?

Grey was all about tacspansion and/or pushing forward ops and whoring the enemy econ with ints.

DrS was all about running a flawless econ and out-teching the enemy and capships.

Does that make them both great coms? Certainly, but not because of their strats. They were great because they were able to consistently WIN with their strats.

I like how I don't mentioned for @#(!. Screw you guys I'll go play TF2. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

I think Evincar meant Grey was particularly known for his "commanding from the cockpit" style.

exactly what crono said. and i've saw stglv a couple times, he also did that. but i think it wasn't because he is used to do like that.

i would like to have a little chat with one of the great comms some day, and learn stuff. (this includes you nak. the reason i didn't mention you was because you are not a cockpit commander, which was the purpose of my post /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> , but you are still among the best afaik)

because you've BEEN playing other games for months nak.

while most cdt's read your WTF is a BBR post, your reputation has slacked with some of these nooblets.

since no-one else mentioned it, NAK IS THE $#@!ING @#(!, and is so good at commanding, he DOESNT NEED BOMBERS!!!!

amazing no?
