well, adviced by FreeBeer i'm crating this thread, i get the EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION after 1~3min playing the game
for no reason allegiance just crashes and desktop shows up again

well my problems are gone, i just uninstalled and then installed the game again and its all perfect now!
