Your trying to justify yourself, your position and still apologize.
Suck it up, and apologize directly and stop trying to shift and dance around the subject. Your playing "Cover My Ass" instead of apologizing.
And your other buddies should apologize as well probably.

Just FYI Saramin did not tattle, not to me anyway. You were banned for things you said in my presense and I stand by that. BV then pulled the logs and decided that Mjol and Crafty also deserved bans.
From my perspective you took your ban and that was the end of it. When I logged in later that evening and saw that you were playing I expected you to call me out on it. You didn't and I respect you for that. Other people would not let it drop but that's not the issue here.
People cross the line from time to time, sometimes a warning is enough, sometimes a ban is required. It's a judgment call that @Alleg's have to make. I try to be fair and if you ever feel that you have been treated unfairly please take it up with myself or BV via PM. Regardless of that when people take their bans and accept that they crossed the line then they have done the right thing both by themselves and by the squads they are members of.
If anyone was bringing SysX into disrepute here I don't think it was you Shadow.

Saraamin, I'm sorry I offended you, please forgive me... I'll try not to do it again... if I do please let me know and handle it with me. This will keep such things from happening in the future.ShadowFoxx wrote:QUOTE (ShadowFoxx @ Apr 23 2007, 12:31 PM) Saraamin, I'm sorry I offended you, please forgive me... Direct apology.

ShadowFoxx, your 'apology' became not an apology right about where you said, "However..." and any sane person won't read it any other way. Backing up a squad mate when they are obviously in the wrong only puts another member of the squad on the wrong side of an issue furthering the view that the squad itself is in the wrong. I think you have good intentions with your post but its coming out all wrong. Apologies should end with "I'm sorry." <--- period, end of sentence, end of discussion. Everything after a 'but' or 'however' degrades the apology.
As for the admins actions I think they were excessively forgiving given what was said and I think its laughable after reading about the entire issue that anyone would ever suggest otherwise. -Yes, I had some major downtime this weekend with a dialup connection so I read it-

And I thank you Rav... and your ban actually allowed me time to chill out from the incident, and not do something worse. I completely understood why you gave it to me. ( I believe it was when I said the sand vagina qoute from south park ) . And that's why i didn't bitch at you about it later... because it actuality it probably saved me from a much larger ban in the future. I've always thought you've been fair. and I also thought the incident to be over... but when I logged in today and saw that it wasn't I felt the need to try and end it.

Please keep the @Cadet program out of this.ShadowFoxx wrote:QUOTE (ShadowFoxx @ Apr 23 2007, 08:44 PM) I do hope that MJ and Crafty decide to stick with the community... and I hope the community will support me in that wish. They have done a lot of good things for the community... @Cadet and SysX as a whole.

RT: The number of typical responses decreases exponentially as the number of joke options increases.

Name one thing. You might get something for Crafty, he seems to be a cool guy at times. I'm genuinely interested to hear about MJ though.ShadowFoxx wrote:QUOTE (ShadowFoxx @ Apr 23 2007, 01:44 PM) They have done a lot of good things for the community... @Cadet and SysX as a whole.

MC, I'm not sure if he did it on team chat or just a PM ... but what happened when he asked if I called him a bitch...a and I responded yes... he told me he was going to pm the admins to get me banned. Again... the incident is over. And the However is to look at both sides of the coin. I don't respond well to being threatened. If he wanted a favorable action he could have tried the... hey that offends me instead of " i'm going to log and ban you " routine. Again I already pointed out it could have been handled differently by both sides. I'm apologizing for my actions because that's all I have control over. But I did want people to see both sides of the penny.
