thats part of the problem, i cant find the files that i downloaded to my system ready to install, to delete them to start over, i used search all file folders and deleted everything to do ...

Im about to pull the rest of my hair out,
i am running xp and have started having a problem with asgs updates. what i think is happening is that when i go to sign in thru asgs it automatically checks for updates which is fine, then it does the updates and finishes then when the lobby should launch ...
