It doesnt appear my avast has a bundled firewall, but im not to familiar with it, so I cant be sure. Should I uninstall it just to be sure?

Random question, ive searched and I cant find where I get this hotfix for net 1.1, maybe that's why I can failed to connect to server

While I haven't gotten the email in the mailbox I wanted, I did get one, so I don't know exactly whats happening.
