I figured out (for me at least) it has to do with the "3D Acceleration" option under "Graphics Device." By default it is set to "Use 3D Acceleration as needed" and whenever it starts to use 3D acceleration, everything on my screen goes yellow. If I change the setting to "Never use 3D Aceeleration ...
