Monitor. Graphics card GTX 770. Most updated and 450.42 made no difference, I'll try an even earlier driver later or maybe a couple in between.

Will get back to you on the rest when I have some time.

OK tried this stuff out. Quickly ran into issues.

I reverted to the same version as you wasp for my card but getting weird graphical artifacts on the HuD. Also weird stuttering on pretty much everything in allegiance.
