Can we have an stealth craft that can 'take over' another factions ship?

i.e. it would rely on stealth and be able to 'capture' enemy craft like,
adv fig, sbs, htt, corvettes, bombers, miner?

I think Weylin means we can't see the Hull stats on the ship loadout screen as per R4

I've managed to crash allegiance twice by doing this.

if you're in a Bios pod and in a sector with a tele,
pressing 'R' starts ripcord sequence. At the end of the sequence allegiance crashes!
