when i tried to log in it says "specified account does not exist" when the account DOES exist...

so what is this?

Hey i'm DarkCruiser, well i didnt get the validation e-mail and i could'nt log into the game so i figured my password was messed up so i tryed recovering it and i tryed to get a new one but i didnt get that e-mail ether...so whats wrong?
