Trying the removal stuff to see if that's the problem. It did come with Norton 360 installed.

there's not a built-in function but I've allowed 2300-2400. still no luck.

It worked after rebooting for two games. then today when I tried to connect to a server (still can goto lobby), it doesn't work anymore. This ...

So it worked...for the next 2 games, after restart.

Went and installed all my old mods back, only to find that's happening again. No other system changes other than mods. Reinstalled and still no luck.
