The setting is pretty @#(!ty, like a crappy cross between Earth Final Conflict, Babylon 5 and your average post apocalyptic movie and the plot was very meh.

But the FX were fine save for the odd low-budget CGI bit, most characters decent (the bad guys are very 2D though, and the deputy should just ...

Haven't seen it, but the $#@!ing arch will NOT stand with that kind of damage.
