I did not have a copy of Alleg server to test on the system I described. I thought I'd inform the community that alleg client functions ok on a 64bit platform, and also on a server platform, for whatever that information is worth. As far as Allegiance client goes, it works very well on win server 2008. I have server 2008 standard edition x64 installed on an MSI intel G33 mobo matx with an intel pentium d processor at 3ghz. Win Server 2008 is available in both 32bit and 64bit mode. Most 32bit apps will work well in 64bit server. For optimum performance of course you'd want software designed especially for a 64bit operating system.
