I just love how things heat up at the end of the group stages and they actually play the game with passion. You could really see how both sides tried their very best until the last minute and it made for such an entertaining game to watch.

And yea what a great goal by Wellbeck in the end! :iluv ...

Actually we tried rather hard to win the game Vortrog. Especially after our opening was kind of ruined by Idan dcing again and again (we pretty much lost all our intial miners because of that :ninja: ). And it was sort of an unpleasent uphill battle to stay alive and outmine you guys with EnhFigs vs ...

No we once played a 4h+ game (I think it was vs SRM/PK when we went Tacyard and Idan dropped with his asslt ship )

It was Dreg (RT) vs OH (MEC) on IO with 1.25/1.0/normal btw

I just wanna say that MEC played excellent for the first hour. They had very successful miner offense, killed countless cons and got mini3 HvyInts/HTTs at a reasonable time.
But they dropped the ball bit by bit when RT just refused to give up and kept mining, got specs, killed MEC Miners and fought ...

Map was Sapphire on Planet with 1.0/1.0/nt

BSF pushed both cons high and lost their TP to RTs patrollers.
RT claimed midhigh and the middle and started to pressure BSF's Miners.
After some back and forth the first Miners die.
RT gets an Exp, takes low and middle.
BSF gets a Sup and ref next to ...

Very nice work keeping that opening carrier alive! That really crippled our eco and gave you the edge.

When it seems necessary we could always give the commanders a few hiders to try and avoid the silly "I dont fly for this com" - attitude.

Also have you had any thoughts about the Format? I could imagine BO3 might be nice and perhaps some sort of seed based bracket (based on the com rank?)
