Ok this is ultra stupid fix, on allegiances part.

Reinstalled again (except on my other drive which I didn't want lol, but it's ok nvm)

This is where it gets strange and complicated.

The installer came with build 210 of ASGS

The separate client files are build 212, I put those in straight away ...

Ok I'll try reinstalling again...

But If it doesn't help, here is some useful info that WILL solve my issue :P

Windows Version (and Service Packs): MS GOD
Processor Speed: 10 billion MEGABOLTS
RAM: PLENTY
Video Card (Make and Model#): SLI X 50 MILLION
Sound Card (Make and Model#): PLUTONIUM ...

still having issues, manually update the client files and the game launches, got to the server list and there is no one, despite the fact there are people online (according to web page). Also I think it may have gone into beta mode somehow, because changing it either way proved the same result ...
