Newbie game

Newbie servers are servers where any player with a rank higher than 7 is automatically banned when they play on them. This ban lasts for 24 hours and comes into effect next time the person logs on using ASGS. Since it isn't instantaneous, sometimes a veteran player will play on the newbie server.

Newbie servers are intended for new players to familirise themselves with the game controls, ships, and techpaths. Since everyone playing there is new there is very little strategy or skills present and it is highly reccomended that players start playing on the Main Servers as soon as possible to learn what the game is 'truly' like.

There is normally a Newbie Server up for each Core, and they can be recognised in the games list by the word 'Newbie' in their name, like such (insert screenshot of Lobby with Newbie Server highlighted).

Any normal server can also be set to 'Novices only' in the Games Settings by the Core. This will only allow players with a rank less than (?) join the server.

If you have any problems, such as the Core being AFK, you can join the Main Server and ask for an @Alleg to solve it for you.
